dont know if you guys have seen Mercedes' New C-Class commercial.

it says sumthing like "if only people were born old, then you spend the first few years resting...."
the whole thing is quite long but in short, it kinda means, if only life went backwards.
i happen to quite like the idea.
save for the fact that you start losing knowledge of stuff as you proceed with life.

nevermind.

anyway...im sick.
Medical Officer gave me 2 days rest at home.
which explains why im like quite free now.

i'll get to settle some admin stuff tmr,
1. collect A level cert from school
2. go do the damned POSB debit card
3. apply for Provisional driving license (so i dont have to drive 3rd gear in the circuit, it's pathetic)

mummy dearest volunteered to drive me around for the day, which is cool.
save alot of time.

yawn.
taking medicine regularly sux.
makes me nauseous.
makes me wanna puke.
makes me wanna vomit.

what sux about not being in camp is that i miss my SOC test.
which means i gotta run a re-test.
yuck.

my sis borrowed the OC videos from her friend.
so i'll most probably get to watch it at home tmr!

haha...i saw the first episode and i like it already.
the girl is damn chio.
haha...and so thin.

thin people apparently are highly regarded these days.
like "wow you're so thin!!" almost sounds like "wow you helped Singapore win Euro 2004!!!"

i understand that when people go to Aus to study and stuff, the put on lotsa weight.
girls especially complain alot about it.
either that or they sink into a state of depression and starve themselves.
in which both cases are not healthy.

complaining wont lose you any weight and well....starving is just stupid.
go exercise. but do it smartly.

contrary to popular belief, running does not make you lose weight.
it may help a tad but it does not make you lose weight.
plus, it could give you stronger (thicker) legs.
go swimming instead.
it's easier on the joints, more anaerobic and promotes a balanced work-out leading to a greater body.

dieting doesnt help either.
the last place in the body where fats start disappearing is around the waist.
so the limbs and chest fats go first.
almost simlutaneously the face as well.
the stomach is like the last.

OCS teaches you stuff like that cos they want their future officers to look good.
there's also like standard issue SAF pimple cream.
nah, im just kidding.

but really, you dont have to go to California Fitness and expensively asinine places like that to get fitness consultation or a good work out.
just ask your friendly SAF officer cadet.
he should know most of that stuff.
and sports facilities are all over the place...use them, they're cheap and empty on weekday mornings.
