non-stick pans

if i could offer you only one tip for the future, buying non-stick pans would be it.

you really need to have those.
lotsa those.
if one day you find yourself in a sticky situation, you'd regret not having a non-stick pan.
and if you do have one and only one, you'll regret that you cant throw that pan away.
so you're basically stuck with the mess.
really....dont be stupid and stick to using conventional.
stainless-steel is so last season.
and far too over used.
and stash your pans in different places.
cos ya know what they say..."dont place all your eggs in the same basket"

and dont brood when you need to get rid of a pan or two.
take it as a learning experience.
next time, maybe dont cook that dish.
cook it differently...put more oil.
you could always ask your friends how they do their dishes.
ask those who're good.
but still...you cook.
so it's your call.

cook the way you want to and with the pan you want to.
cos it's never the same.
no 2 dishes are ever ever the same.

some are hot, some are not.
some are fat, some are flat.

lesson learnt at the end of the day
dont care what the others might say

you can never have too many non-sticks.
trust me on that.
