Education

you're never too old to learn. i just went down to the park again for a short skate. it wasnt fun. it wasnt rewarding. it wasnt skating. i was crawling on the sidewalk man. but at least i didnt fall.

you're never too old to learn. it's true, people just laugh at you. went skating at the park yesterday and even though i didnt turn to look back at my living room window, i knew my dad was watching me struggle to get my way over the bridge that leads to the park. when i got to the other side, my i told my friend that my dad was looking but he didnt think so, so he, on my behalf counted the stories of the building and looked at my window. true enough, there was someone standing behind the window next to my red curtains. my dad, of course.

my parents didnt let me skate when i was a kid cos it was "too dangerous". and now, of all people, my dad has to be the one who belittles me and imitates the way i try to cross the bridge in skates. not very nice if you ask me.
and upon learning that you're learning to skate, people just laugh and think it's stupid.
i dont know man.

i still suck at skating.
